Design & Approve

Our design team work personally with you and your colleagues to come up with the perfect mascot to meet your needs.

We’ll help you decide what materials to use, and whether a vinyl, plush or crochet mascot is best suited to your needs. In some cases it could be a combination of two or more depending on what you need to promote.

While every design and approval process varies to some extent, the following process describes our standard process:

IDEA

You give us a basic idea, drawings, photos, sketches or logos and we suggest some ideas as to how we can realise them for you in a mascot

PROTOTYPE

This is when we create a 3D image, 3D print or physical plush toy as a starting point for discussion and amendments

SAMPLES

Now that we have a reasonable idea of what is required we begin sampling. At this stage we focus on getting the details correct and size of features

APPROVAL

This will be the pre-production sample, by which point we should simply be checking any minor points before you can formally approve and we can begin the manufacturing process

Make

Now we can proceed to manufacturing your unique ambassador.

From approval, our factory moves rapidly to produce multiple perfect copies of the sample you approved.

Our manufacturing process meets all statutory requirements in all countries worldwide and we ensure the use of sustainable materials wherever possible. We also ensure our factories maintain the highest standards of care for their workers.

Each of your plush or crocheted toys will come with a custom designed tag with your logo and company information, as well as the legal info that all products require.

The process takes between 40-50 days depending on the quantity (larger orders may take a few days longer) and all the toys are then packaged in clear plastic bags, or can be packaged in custom packaging of your choice for an additional cost.

When the order has been completed, the toys are packaged into boxes ready for transportation to your door.

Transport

 

We only use the best worldwide logistics company to ensure that your mascots arrive fast and safely so you can start selling them or using them to promote your organisation.

Sea shipping is the cheapest option and the time from collection to delivery, will depend on where you are located in the world. Wherever that may be, you can rest assure that we will get your mascots to you fast.

A more popular option recently is air freight, which is much faster of course, and is ideal for when you need your mascots as quick as possible.

We take care of all the importation paperwork,  duties and costs as part of our service, and all you have to do is take delivery of your mascots.

All part of the service we offer in making your mascot journey pleasant and stress-free.

Deliver

 

Once the mascots arrive at the national hub, we ensure that all the customs paperwork and clearances are handled fast and efficiently.

Then you mascots are collected by van or truck and sped directly to your warehouse or store, usually within 48-72 hours of arrival.

We keep you updated throughout the shipping process and make sure you are informed of a time and date for delivery.

All you then have to do is be delighted with your new mascot, ready to go out into the world and represent your brand and organisation.
